Looks like a haunted place...but seing that is labeled U of T, pretty much indicative of the struggles and challenges of students who may or may not succeed, ergo possibly tears of failure despite everything and tears of joy after succeeding, yet a bit nostalgic that all hectic activities have ended and it's time to move on...
ooohhh.... should have put this one up on Halloween. I'm not sure I've ever seen it.
